Established in 1981, founder F. Keane Eagen took his Recognition Industry skills honed at Jostens Ring Company into the Promotional Products arena.  K & R Industries was born out of humble beginnings, but with a fierce focus on creativity and customer service.

Today, celebrating over 32 years of excellence, K & R ranks as a top 50 Promotion Products Distributor nationally for sales and customer service.  With over 2,000 client organizations and a well trained professional staff, K & R offers creative solutions in branding, product design and identification store development.  The same spirit for exceptional customer service, on time delivery, and attention to detail remain at the core of the company.

Mark Eagen, President 

After majoring in marketing at Pennsylvania State University, Mark joined his father in the earliest years of K & R’s existence.  Truly born out of the industry, Mark’s focus was on learning every facet of the Promotional Product arena and bringing that knowledge to client organizations in the Washington, DC metro area.  The product of early learning brought inspired growth in, and beyond, the DC area.

Today he oversees all aspects of K & R while maintaining significant sales responsibilities.  Mark is married to his lovely wife Kate and is the proud father of four children.  He is active in sports with particular interests in wrestling, golf and skiing.  His mantra – “Whatever it takes,
whenever it is needed … make it happen!”

Jeff DeCenzo

After earning his MBA in Finance, Jeff spent the next twelve years in the financial industry selling investments.  He joined the K & R Team in 1995 and has never looked back.  Jeff is married to his wife Gretchen and they have three children.  He enjoys spending time with his family.

Michael Eagen

Michael received his Bachelor of Science degree from Penn State University in Management Information Systems. Michael brings his background in the Federal IT distribution industry as a Business Operations Analyst to contribute to K&R’s continuous development of operational policies and procedures to ensure scalability in order to support growth drivers. An avid DC sports fan, Michael enjoys attending sporting events and is active in recreational sports.

Laurie Griel

Laurie Griel joined the K&R sales team in 2008 with over 25 years of experience in the print and promotional products industry.  She started her career in business forms with a leading office supply dealer implementing their custom forms division.   As technology reduced the high demand for forms, Laurie expanded her product mix into commercial print and promotional products.  K&R’s reputation in the industry along with their size and experience has made her decision to join K&R a good fit.  Laurie was raised in Northern Virginia attending  Annandale  High School and Lynchburg College. She is married and has 2 daughters who continue to allow her to be a lacrosse mom.   

Patrick Hanrahan

Patrick has been with K&R for 20 years.  He is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University.  Patrick is a Northern Virginia native with strong community roots.   He coaches in the local youth wrestling club and is a member of GWWBN.

Mordechai Lebenberg  

Mordechai Lebenberg has been with K&R Industries for over 20 years having had a previous career in Hotel Management and Sales.  His sales philosophy is quite simple, provide the customer with the best service possible at the fairest price possible. Mordechai, who has resided in Washington, DC,  is an enthusiastic fan of the Redskins and St. Louis Cardinals.  He enjoys the beach, reading and the pleasures of outdoors.

Erik Steffy  

Erik Steffy received his Bachelor of Science degree in both Marketing and Management from Kutztown University.  Erik brings nine years of  Fortune 500 experience while working at Air Products and Chemicals, Inc.  Here he was responsible for managing sales growth as well as new technology development for sales regions reaching $100 million dollars. 

Erik joined K&R Industries in year 2000 and has been energized by the proud history of our company, the loyalty and respect of our valued clients and our future growth potential.  Erik focuses on all sales aspects of the company and industry.  He values delivering innovative and
creative solutions that bring client identity to each and every aspect of their organization or need.  Erik prides himself on perfecting all details
in promoting his clients image.  Erik is a proud father of three children and enjoys all aspects of everyday life while holding many varied interests.
